Job Overview

We are seeking skilled professionals to join our Field Service team in Western Australia.

As a Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting customers with maintenance and repair on surface Boom/Rotary drills and their subcomponents.

Work Schedule:

Flexible roster options: 8:6, 5:2, 4:3 or 14:7 day shifts only.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out mechanical duties, maintenance, repairs and fault diagnosis on Sandvik Mining equipment.
  • Perform mechanical maintenance tasks according to plans, ensuring equipment integrity and safe operation.
  • Drive efficiency by providing insightful feedback for maintenance planning improvements.
  • Keep records of parts usage, equipment monitoring and time logs.
  • Ensure safety by adhering to all policies and procedures.

  • Experience maintaining surface drilling (boom and rotary).
  • Commitment to safety for yourself and your team.
  • Proactive, self-motivated and demonstrates initiative.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Current Manual Driver's License.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment medical and regular onsite drug & alcohol testing.
