The Role of a Luxury Travel Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable individual to work face-to-face with discerning clients, using their expertise to create unforgettable holiday experiences.

Responsibilities of the Job
  • Book and manage domestic, international, and cruise holiday packages for clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service from initial contact to trip completion.
  • Handle customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, and Tramada.
  • Offer expert advice and recommendations to clients based on extensive travel experience and knowledge.
  • Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience working in a travel agency is essential.
  • Proficiency in GDS systems is required.
  • Well-travelled with a passion for worldwide destinations.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Able to build and grow strong relationships with clients.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
