This position is available at a leading Tier One mining company, and MARS Recruitment is supporting the recruitment process. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end contracts and procurement across various work packages in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The role involves providing expert commercial advice to the delivery team for complex and large capital projects. This includes leading sourcing activities, developing negotiation strategies, implementing master service agreements, and overseeing contract management to ensure compliance and effective resolution of disputes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide strategic commercial advice to support project delivery.
  2. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, including negotiation and contract management.
  3. Oversee contract management to ensure compliance with agreed terms and conditions.
  4. Become an integral member of the team, working collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

We are seeking a highly skilled individual with expertise in tendering, evaluation, contract drafting, and negotiation.
