About The Role

This permanent, full-time opportunity involves leading graduate recruitment and development initiatives, overseeing the entire process from attracting candidates to nurturing their professional growth. You will shape impactful programs and campaigns, drive innovation, and ensure a positive, engaging experience for all candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the graduate recruitment campaign, encompassing marketing, assessment, and offer management.
  • Develop and implement creative strategies for candidate engagement and program promotion.
  • Establish and nurture strategic relationships with universities to attract top graduates.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive graduate induction and ongoing professional development programs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate graduate rotations, talent sessions, and post-program placements.

Requirements and Expectations

  • You are a seasoned professional with substantial experience in managing graduate recruitment programs and have a proven ability to attract top talent through proactive strategies.
  • You bring a background in Learning and Development, understanding assessment principles and can critically evaluate and enhance graduate selection processes.
  • You possess strong adaptability and communication skills, enabling you to engage effectively with stakeholders.
  • You have a passion for owning all aspects of the Graduate Program, from administrative tasks to delivering induction courses.
