Housing Development Project Manager

We work in various settings including people's homes, residential facilities and secure settings across metropolitan, rural and regional Victoria.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the development and delivery of complex projects.
- Assist in report preparation and presentation, ministerial briefs and cabinet submissions.
- Maintain relationships with stakeholders to facilitate partnerships.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in construction, particularly large-scale social infrastructure projects.
- Able to conceptualise ideas and turn them into deliverables that meet business needs.
- Strong analytical thinking and comfort dealing with complexity.
- Able to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Qualifications or experience in procurement and delivery of residential projects.
