A highly skilled and experienced professional is sought to establish and lead a multidisciplinary team, driving collaboration, inclusion, and high performance while promoting innovation and continuous improvement in care delivery.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record in leadership and management, with experience in complex healthcare environments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and overseeing the day-to-day operations of primary healthcare services.
  • Managing resources flexibly to meet business and workflow requirements.
  • Adopting and promoting a culture of Continuous Quality Improvement.
  • Inspiring and engaging team members by fostering a culture of continuous improvement, motivation, and mentorship.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Nursing degree with a minimum of five years' post-graduate clinical experience in a relevant field.
  • At least five years' experience in leadership or management roles within a complex healthcare environment.
  • Current AHPRA registration in Nursing or another relevant clinical profession with no conditions.
