Skin Health Specialist

Job Description:

As a highly skilled and dedicated professional, you will play a vital role in providing expert clinical care and leadership within a dynamic environment. You will work closely with patients, guiding them through their treatment journey, from screening and administering therapies to ongoing education, follow-up and support.

This role offers a high degree of autonomy and the opportunity to influence patient-centred care at both an individual and service level. You will provide clinical leadership to nursing staff, contribute to projects and programs that improve outcomes, and shape best practice in dermatology care.

You will be responsible for providing direct patient care, developing your expertise as a Nurse Practitioner candidate under supportive supervision, and making a meaningful difference to the lives of patients while advancing nursing leadership in this specialist field.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Registered Nurse with at least 3 years' post-registration experience and relevant clinical expertise
  • Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive change
  • Experience mentoring, supervising and developing junior staff within a multidisciplinary team
  • Knowledge of contemporary nursing practice, standards, legislation and patient safety frameworks
