Aviation Protection Officer - Exciting Part-Time Opportunity

We are currently seeking experienced and motivated individuals to fill the role of Aviation Protection Officers on a part-time basis at Alice Springs Airport.

This is an excellent opportunity for those who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about providing exceptional customer service. The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Undertaking screening activities with efficiency and accuracy
  • Maintaining high standards of security and safety procedures
  • Ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for passengers and visitors

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • The ability to complete a Transport Security Protection Course
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to pass drug and alcohol screening and medical assessments
  • Ability to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
  • Availability to work on a 24/7 rotating roster
  • Physical ability to perform all security and safety emergency procedures
