About the Role
The State of Queensland is seeking three Senior Investigators to join our dedicated Enforcement Team. As a Senior Investigator, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with legislation and regulations related to long service leave.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct and manage complex investigations into alleged breaches of legislation, gathering and analyzing evidence, conducting interviews, and preparing comprehensive reports.
- Provide expert advice and support to stakeholders and the Enforcement Team, developing and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide team members in investigation processes and compliance, contributing to the continuous improvement of investigation strategies and procedures.
Requirements
- Proven ability in handling intricate investigations with a focus on regulatory compliance, skills in enhancing investigative functions and fostering strong working relationships.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to prepare detailed reports and manage negotiations effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, alongside the ability to mentor and support team development.
