Delivering High-Quality Care in a Laundry and Cleaning Environment

We are seeking an organized and motivated Laundry Assistant/Cleaner to provide exceptional service to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide attentive and efficient assistance in delivering high-quality products while adhering to policies and procedures.
  • Assist in maintaining stock levels as per stock control systems and procedures.
  • Ensure the facility is kept clean and tidy through the undertaking of pantry, laundry, and cleaning duties.
  • Liaise with the multidisciplinary team to modify and adapt household tasks to meet individual residents' needs.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration and customer service.
  • Time Management skills to prioritize tasks and maintain productivity.
  • Written and Verbal communication skills to convey information effectively.
  • Experience working in an aged care environment with a focus on providing high-quality care and services.
  • Desirable: Previous experience in a similar role demonstrating leadership and teamwork abilities.
