About this RoleThis is an opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead our team of accountants and finance officers, collaborating with leaders to guide financial decisions. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, audits, and reporting for a sub-unit of our organisation.
Your Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies to maximise impact
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, audits, and reporting for a sub-unit of our organisation
- Identify and implement impactful system improvements and automation
- Cultivate and mentor a high-performing team of accountants and finance officers
- At least 3+ years of post-qualification accounting experience
- Proven leadership and mentoring skills
- Advanced Excel skills and analytical expertise
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- CA or CPA qualification
- Experience in the not-for-profit or profit-for-purpose sector
- Familiarity with Northern Territory finance or business environments
