About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Cleanliness and Trolley Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our proactive services group, you will be responsible for ensuring trolleys are available for use and that our stores maintain pristine conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete tasks allocated in the daily planner, including sweeping shop floors, cleaning walls, bathrooms, trolleys bays, and team rooms, as well as emptying bins.
  • Collect trolleys on foot from car parks and surrounding areas.
  • Work across departments to deliver specific cleaning needs.
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions or providing directions.
  • Participate in full training on operating various equipment and tools to enhance job efficiency and safety.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • An ambitious mindset with a love for retail and people.
  • Physical fitness is essential, as this role involves physically demanding tasks.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift loads between 5-10kgs.
  • Flexibility to work different environments such as shop floors, fridges, freezers, and carparks.
  • A good eye for cleanliness and small details.
