About the Role



Overview

At Pyramid Global Technologies, we are seeking an experienced Azure Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud computing and system administration, with expertise in Microsoft Azure.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled individual to manage our cloud infrastructure, design and implement scalable architectures, and ensure seamless operation of our applications. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Azure services, including virtual machines, storage, networking, and security.

Main Responsibilities


  • Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions using Azure services such as Virtual Machines, Storage, Networking, and Security.
  • Manage and monitor cloud resources, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of cloud infrastructure, including architecture diagrams, configuration files, and runbooks.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to development teams on cloud-related issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Azure technologies and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our cloud infrastructure and services.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:


  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in IT Administration, with a focus on cloud computing and system administration.
  • Proven expertise in Microsoft Azure, including Virtual Machines, Storage, Networking, and Security.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
