About the Role

The Delivery Manager will utilize their expertise in project and programme management to deliver medium and large-sized IT programmes on the Department's SAP platforms. They will provide expert delivery management advice on delivery management work on these platforms. They will work closely with key third-party suppliers to ensure the provision of a robust infrastructure capability to the business and consult with architecture and other areas when required to ensure the security of day-to-day technical operations.

This role requires a high degree of independence, with the Delivery Manager working under the broad guidance of a section Director to deliver quality outcomes. They will operate with a high level of autonomy, with decision-making highly dependent on their own judgement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivery management experience with a large government agency
  • Experience in SAP products including CRM, PSCD, ERP, S/4HANA
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in delivery management in complex IT environments
