Our ideal candidate is a highly skilled financial leader with 5-7 years of professional accounting experience.

This role requires someone who can manage full-spectrum financial accounting, from day-to-day bookkeeping to monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.

The successful candidate will also possess exceptional communication skills, with the ability to partner directly with senior stakeholders and navigate complex financial systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end accounting processes, including payroll, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, GST/BAS, and statutory compliance.
  • Identify and implement fit-for-purpose finance systems and processes.
  • Prepare and interpret management accounts, forecasts, budgets, and business analysis.
  • Navigate the unique challenges of a digital games studio.

Requirements:

  • CA/CPA qualified or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5-7 years professional accounting experience.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of modern accounting systems.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to partner with senior stakeholders.
