About the Role

This position involves leading a small team of cleaners at our secure facilities, where you'll be responsible for completing daily cleaning tasks and ensuring a high standard of service is maintained.

You will provide troubleshooting assistance, conduct scheduled site visits for training, and keep informed on service standards and team performance. Your leadership skills will be key to driving success in this role.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-standard cleaning services within your assigned centre, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to scope.
  • Supervise and support team members, including hands-on training and regular site visits to maintain service quality.
  • Monitor team attendance using internal systems and ensure adequate shift coverage, including stepping in when needed.
  • Act as the first point of contact for on-site queries, escalating urgent issues to the Operations Supervisor.
  • Manage cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting faults and maintaining stock levels.
  • Follow all Health and Safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Availability Requirement

Monday to Friday (inclusive) between the hours of 7:00pm to 11:00pm.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in the cleaning or hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to lead a small team (leadership experience highly regarded).
  • Confidence in troubleshooting cleaning equipment (advantageous).
  • A reliable vehicle and a valid driver's licence.
  • Ownership of a smartphone (essential for using internal systems).
  • Australian working rights.
