Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective internal communications campaigns across multiple channels, including roadshows, intranet, digital campaigns, and video content.
  • Advise leaders and teams on best practices in communications, helping them connect with their audiences and achieve their goals.
  • Monitor and report on communications activities, measuring impact and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Work independently in a fast-paced environment where curiosity, initiative, and creativity are valued.

Requirements:
  • Significant experience in internal or corporate communications roles within fast-paced medium to large organizations.
  • A flair for writing and storytelling across multiple channels, coupled with strong content creation and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Confidence in building relationships and presenting ideas.
  • Experience with intranet platforms, employee engagement initiatives, and project communications.
  • Knowledge of current and emerging communications trends, as well as an eye for how people experience information and messages.
