The Role
We are seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our team at Stride Mental Health. As the central point of communication, you will provide a superior level of secretarial and reception services to clients, support clinical and management staff, and perform various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues
- Manage medical reception duties, including incoming calls, appointment scheduling, and client maintenance
- Perform general office duties, such as opening and distributing mail, typing, scanning, filing, and archiving
- Assist in closing and securing the building at the end of the day
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for staff and clients
Requirements
- Excellent administration, time management, and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Well-developed customer service skills
- Knowledge of the mental health sector and ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrated communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proven record of working effectively in a multi-disciplinary team
- Previous medical reception experience is highly advantageous
- Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM applications
