We are seeking a compassionate and tenacious Employment Specialist to join our team at atWork Australia.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for encouraging and motivating clients through appropriate activities to find their own employment. This will involve building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients, placing clients into sustainable employment leading to outcomes, ensuring all activity is appropriately recorded, documented and adheres to compliance and/or contractual requirements, and providing exceptional service to our clients, employers and stakeholders throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Encourage and motivate clients to find their own employment
  • Build relationships with local employers to source job opportunities
  • Place clients into sustainable employment leading to outcomes
  • Ensure all activity is appropriately recorded and documented
  • Provide exceptional service to clients, employers and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Experience in customer service or a client-facing role
  • Demonstrated experience of working with people overcoming challenges
  • Ability to confidently liaise with multiple external and internal stakeholders
  • Confident working towards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and making placements that result in sustainable and lasting employment
  • A strong desire to be part of a team that provides supportive and empowering services to individuals
  • A current Driver's Licence
