Sustainable Investment Manager

The Macquarie Asset Management Sustainability team plays a pivotal role in shaping the overall sustainability strategy and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) framework. Our specialists provide expert guidance on environmental and social matters while supporting asset management teams in harnessing ESG opportunities across the portfolio.
- Act as an internal consultant to integrate ESG best practices into the Fixed Income investment life cycle within the Credit team.
- Drive the implementation and execution of our Net Zero roadmap by building strong relationships and leveraging the expertise of both the Fixed Income and Sustainability teams.
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- 5+ years of professional experience in the asset management industry with a focus on fixed income or equities.
- Experience or demonstrated interest in sustainability or ESG.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to navigate complex organizations.
You will join a global asset manager dedicated to delivering positive impact for everyone.
