Security Operations Manager

We are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee security operations and drive profitable growth in Townsville, Australia. As the Security Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing security operations, performing CIT services during weekday shifts, and spearheading business development efforts to expand the client base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including performing Cash In Transit (CIT) services and ensuring compliance with security protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure the security of personnel, clients, and assets.
  • Optimize operational efficiency by managing costs while maintaining service quality across both locations.
  • Supervise a small team of security officers, providing hands-on leadership to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership: Experience managing multi-site security operations, including Cash In Transit (CIT) services.
  • Business growth mindset: Demonstrated success in identifying business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and expanding client portfolios.
  • Operational expertise: Strong understanding of security regulations and compliance standards.
  • Client relationship management: Ability to maintain and grow long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and service retention.
