Job Title: Korean Speaking Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to provide top-notch support to our clients in Korea.

  • Assist customers over the phone while managing workload via a ticketing system.\
  • Demonstrate software solutions to customers to assist solve individual challenges.\
  • Collaborate with the customer support team to deliver an exceptional experience for existing and potential customers.\
  • Work closely with other departments as required, such as sales and second-level support teams.\
  • Develop strong relationships with customers through excellent communication skills and a passion for helping people.\
  • Stay up-to-date with new software and processes to ensure seamless support delivery.\
  • Adhere to company standards and guidelines to maintain high-quality support services.\
  • Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent work experience is required.\
  • Business-level fluency in Korean and English is necessary.\
  • Knowledge of operating systems, such as Windows, Mac OS X, Linux, iOS, or Android, is advantageous.\
  • Qualifications in IT or relevant technical training are desirable.\
  • Experience working in a busy customer support role, ideally via telephone and ticketing system, is essential.\
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key qualities for success in this role.\
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for helping people are vital.\
  • Ability to pick up new software and processes quickly is crucial.\
