We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join our team in Mackay, where you will be responsible for guiding purposeful work that supports the future of this vital sector.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership – provide expert guidance on civil design infrastructure projects from bid stage through to successful project delivery.
  • Supporting Development – contribute to the design and construction of civil infrastructure across various projects.
  • Client Facing – develop strong relationships with clients and deliver tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Personal Growth – enhance your technical skills and leadership abilities within the team.
  • Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration – work closely with engineers across various sectors to find creative and efficient solutions.
  • Providing Insights – share informed guidance to support confident decision-making within the team.

Your Requirements:

  • A relevant engineering degree, RPEQ accreditation (or working towards), and at least 5 years' post-graduate experience in Civil Engineering.
  • An ability to shape effective solutions in energy or infrastructure.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
  • A willingness to challenge the status quo and offer new perspectives.
