What You'll Do:

  • The Delivery Manager has end-to-end accountability for the delivery management of advanced analytics use cases aligned to a platform through the discovery, design, build, and support phases.
  • They will bring together multiple cross-functional teams across disciplines such as data science, engineering, product, UX, and more to deliver world-class solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end delivery management across use cases
  • Day-to-day management of cross-functional squads
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Financial management including supporting the annual operating model budget cycle
  • Coordination with the resource team to ensure effective resource management
  • Facilitating all sessions related to the use cases and platforms

What We're Looking For:

  • 3-5 years experience delivering data & advanced analytics solutions in a large Retail / FMCG organisation
  • Demonstrated delivery management experience including financial forecasting
  • Ability to deliver through others while enabling and developing teams
  • Strong commercial acumen and operational delivery
  • Stakeholder management and engagement
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
