Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Storeroom Assistant to join our team at Baby Bunting.


Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately record and manage stock levels, ensuring efficient inventory turnover.
  • Unpack, label, and organize merchandise in a timely and orderly manner.
  • Process incoming deliveries, verifying accuracy of items and quantities.
  • Adhere to OH&S standards, promoting a safe working environment for staff and customers.
  • Utilize inventory management software to track stock movements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, supporting customers with purchases and pickups.
  • Maintain store floor and stockroom standards, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of retail storeroom experience, with a focus on inventory management.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a strong orientation towards meeting customer needs.
  • Proficiency in using inventory management software and point-of-sale systems.
  • Ability to work independently, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 15kg, and perform other tasks as required.
