**Trainer and Assessor Opportunity**:

We are seeking an experienced Trainer and Assessor to deliver Certificate IV in Mental Health training programs to a diverse range of students. The successful candidate will provide high-quality training and assessment services, using online and classroom style delivery methods.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver Certificate IV in Mental Health training programs, ensuring that students meet the required competencies

- Develop and maintain training resources, including lesson plans and assessment tools

- Moderate and validate assessment decisions, ensuring consistency and accuracy

**Requirements**:

- Completed and current Qualifications in CHC43315 Certificate IV in Mental Health

- 2-3 years of relevant work experience in delivering CHC43315 Certificate Iv in Mental Health course content

**Ideal Candidate**:

- Strong passion for mental health and its application in support worker education

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to motivate learners
