Procurement Business Operations Specialist

The role involves partnering with a leading organisation to recruit a Procurement Business Analyst for a short-term contract opportunity.
This opportunity is suited for an experienced Procurement Business Analyst seeking to make meaningful contributions to business-as-usual operations and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of business analysis activities.
- Analyse, evaluate, and document business processes, identifying areas for improvement.
- Promote sustainable practices in procurement and across the supply chain.
- Drive the design and enhancement of procurement systems, tools, and templates.
- Support the project delivery within digital and procurement functions.
- Develop tools, templates, and frameworks that enhance efficiency and output quality.
- Identify and proactively manage risks and issues related to project deliverables.
- Previous experience in a procurement business analyst or project business analyst position within a digital environment.
- Extensive experience across procurement functions such as invoicing, purchase order management, and transactional processes.
- Experience with SAP and Ariba is essential.
- Strong knowledge of contemporary business and process analysis frameworks methodologies/and best practices.
- Ability to build and sustain effective relationships at all levels.
- Exceptional interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
