About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Resourcing Specialist to join our vibrant and professional Rail Team in Seven Hills, Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing suitable candidates, conducting reference checks, and providing excellent customer service to candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and recruiting top talent for rail-related roles
  • Developing and distributing rosters to ensure efficient workforce management
  • Providing resourcing reporting to senior management to inform business decisions
  • Promoting a positive safety culture and ensuring compliance with industry regulations

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent administration skills
  • Confident and friendly phone manner
  • Able to work as part of a cooperative team and willing to help others
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build trusting relationships with colleagues and clients
