Cancer Care Navigator

We are seeking an experienced Nurse to join our supportive team in a critical care navigation role.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing patient-centered care, identifying and navigating patients through the complex cancer treatment pathway. This involves understanding and addressing the unique needs of each patient, including their psychosocial support and decision-making requirements during cancer treatment.
About You:
- You will have extensive experience in oncology nursing or advanced practice.
- You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- You will have demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- You will have intermediate to advanced computer skills.
Requirements:
To be eligible for this role, you must be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and hold a minimum of three years post-registration experience in specialty area Oncology nursing or relevant experience in advanced practice.
