The Role:

As our ANZ Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy for the ANZ region. This includes designing and launching targeted marketing campaigns to engage with potential customers and drive interest in our solutions. You'll also collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate and execute marketing programs and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for the ANZ region, incorporating both field and digital marketing efforts
  • Design and launch targeted marketing campaigns to engage with potential customers and drive interest in our solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate and execute marketing programs and campaigns
  • Analyse programme results and optimise marketing strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes
  • Maintain open communication with regional sales leaders, sales reps, BDRs, and regional partners to ensure alignment and success

What We're Looking For:

  • A proven track record in SaaS/Technology marketing roles with 10+ years of experience
  • Familiarity with start-up environments and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
  • Hands-on, well-organised, and able to get things done efficiently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and communicate effectively with remote management
  • Strong understanding of the marketing tech stack and experience with HubSpot is a plus
  • Self-motivated and able to make data-driven decisions
