The Navigation and Business Support Officer plays a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to the Healthy Ageing team at Manningham City Council.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver customer service excellence within a navigation service mode, providing information to help Manningham's older people and their families navigate the services they need.
  • Apply specialist knowledge of My Aged Care and the aged service sector to provide expert advice and support.
  • Utilise administrative skills to ensure robust customer relationship management and data recording and management.
  • Provide business support to the Healthy Ageing team, ensuring seamless delivery of diverse initiatives.
Requirements
  • Ability to accomplish goals within timeframes and strategic parameters.
  • Sound judgement and problem solving, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Clear communication skills, with a passion for customer service excellence.
  • Skilled in business administration support and data management.
  • Collaborative team player with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Tertiary qualifications in customer service and/or business administration, with demonstrated relevant experience.
