About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Dementia Specialist to join our team as a key member in assisting the broader team and enhancing the quality of life for residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead expert clinical leadership and consultancy in dementia care, focusing on providing high-quality support to residents and caregivers.
  • Develop and implement educational programs and resources to enhance dementia care practices within the organization.
  • Mentor staff to effectively manage behaviors, promoting a culture of continuous review and improvement.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders to create effective programs and engage with industry professionals to stay updated on the latest advancements.

Requirements:
