The key to success is understanding the Labour market and providing suitable career advice on local employment and education opportunities. This will enable you to develop goal plans with parents to identify short and long-term education and employment goals.

About You
  • A solutions-focused mindset and positive attitude.

  • Ability to build relationships with local community organisations and employers.
  • Resilience, empathy, and ability to build trust and rapport.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification or Certificate III or IV in Community Services, Disability, Employment Services, or similar.
  • Able to obtain a Working with Children/Vulnerable People Card/Blue Card.
  • Registered myGOVID name prior to commencing employment.
