About the Opportunity
We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Regis Wynnum. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our residents, their families, and our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care that meets the unique needs of each individual.
What You'll Do
- Provide proactive care that creates special moments and enriches the daily life of our residents
- Manage care plans that uplift the mind, body, and spirit through a deep understanding of each resident's holistic needs
- Ensure the safe and reliable management of medication according to our protocols and procedures
- Work closely with the team to deliver resident-focused continuity of care models
About You
We're looking for a collaborative and flexible team member who possesses:
- Bachelor of Nursing degree or recognised equivalent qualification
- Current AHPRA Registration (Nursing)
- Flexibility in your availability, including night shifts and AM/PM shifts
- Understanding or ability to learn the attributes of the AN-ACC funding system
- Experience in complex nursing clinical services and/or aged care setting, hospitals, or community care
