We are seeking a skilled Parts Sales Associate to join our team in Melbourne.

About the Role:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and efficiently manage branch sales
  • Respond to phone calls, assisting customers and account managers to optimize sales
  • Process invoices and credits as required
  • Maintain goods, pallet racking, and shelving - including undertaking stock counts when necessary
  • Pick/Pack when required

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • A driven individual with the ability to learn and adapt in high-volume environments
  • Customer Service focused
  • Automotive electrical parts sales experience (desirable)
  • Medical, drug, and alcohol testing

Requirements:

  • Driver's Licence (required)
  • Australia Work Authorisation (required)
