We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front of House Assistant Manager to join our team at Zeus Street Greek. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, managing key performance indicators, and supervising team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring seamless execution of restaurant operations
- Manage key performance indicators, including customer satisfaction and team performance
- Supervise and coach team members to deliver exceptional customer service and quality food
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
- 2+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and quality food
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
