Painter and Blaster Role

We are seeking skilled Painter and Blasters to fill key positions in Mackay. The ideal candidate will possess industry experience, a Certificate III in Surface Preparation and Coating Application, and expertise in the mining and/or construction sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform painting and blasting tasks in accordance with safety protocols and quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Industry experience as a Painter & Blaster.
  • Certificate III in Surface Preparation and Coating Application.
  • Experience in the mining and/or construction sectors.
  • Proven trade skills and attention to quality.
  • Strong safety mindset and flexible work approach.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug & alcohol screening.
  • Confined Space Entry certification.
  • Working at Heights.
  • Gas Test Atmosphere.
  • White Card (Construction).
