Developing innovative artificial intelligence solutions is at the forefront of our transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish a strategic vision for AI systems and solutions, driving quarterly planning sessions to define a value-driven roadmap.
  • Create compelling business cases for new AI systems and solutions, including value opportunity sizing, delivery models, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Analyze data and conduct user research to define product requirements and features, documenting clear guidelines for development.
  • Cultivate, prioritize, and groom the product backlog, developing user stories and acceptance criteria to feed into each sprint, and accepting sprint results.
  • Define, implement, and track performance metrics once solutions enter production, including adoption and impact.
  • In collaboration with technical leadership, define the essential competencies and skills required in the delivery team.
  • Foster user adoption and engagement, running demos and showcases to target users and the broader organization.
Qualifications and Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in either AI & analytics product development or mine operations technical disciplines, with technical project delivery experience.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and ability to communicate effectively across multiple business areas (e.g., operations, technology).
  • A background that comprises solid business understanding and high-level understanding of product delivery.
  • Modern product development toolkit experience, including agile development and OKR methodologies, lean testing, user research, and product roadmap development & vision creation.
  • Experience using AI solutions & systems to drive improvements to efficiency and productivity in mining or heavy industrial applications.
