Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and enhance embedded practice across up to 12 services
  • Implement the TheirCare way of programming, safety, quality, and compliance
  • Coach and mentor teams with a focus on improvement and knowledge cascading
  • Manage rostering, financials, and community engagement
  • Critical reflection and planning to support increases in child outcomes

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the OSHC industry
  • Strong knowledge of industry processes and regulations
  • Strong understanding of the National Law and Regulation
  • Strong knowledge of the National Quality Standard
  • Positive attitude and approach with a genuine desire for change
  • Completed qualification approved by ACECQA
  • Current first aid and driver's license
