About This Role

This is a key position that plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth warehouse and logistics operations. As a skilled individual, you will be responsible for handling picking and packing tasks with efficiency and care to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction every time.

  • Efficiently pick and pack orders to meet national performance standards, ensuring accuracy, organization, and a safety-conscious approach to customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately receive and process goods against purchase orders, updating the inventory system in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the team while working independently to complete tasks, ensuring seamless operations across all warehouse areas.
  • Assist with regular stocktakes and spot checks to maintain inventory accuracy.

About You

You are someone who possesses a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and has the ability to efficiently pick, pack, and process orders in a fast-paced environment. To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A willingness to work 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 7am and 5pm.
  • 100 points of identification.
  • Two professional references.
  • The ability to pass both a police check and a medical assessment.
  • A minimum of six months' experience working in a warehouse environment, along with a valid forklift license.
