The Opportunity:
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Urban Planning Specialist to join our Planning team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing expert advice and guidance to our clients on land use, development, and strategic planning matters.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality advice and guidance to clients on land use, development, and strategic planning matters.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify opportunities and challenges related to land use and development.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to complex planning problems.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of projects.
- Communicate complex planning concepts to clients and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in planning laws and regulations.
About You:
- 3+ years of experience in urban planning or a related field.
- Strong understanding of planning laws and regulations.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Collaborative and team-oriented approach.
