Customer Banking Specialist Relief Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic professional to join our branch team as a Customer Banking Specialist Relief. As the public face of our organization, you will deliver a seamless banking experience to our customers, helping them achieve their financial goals.

In this role, you will:

  • Have in-depth conversations with customers about their overall banking needs, including home loans, business banking, and financial advice.
  • Travel to local branches for support, providing financial health checks and solutions to customers.
  • Provide options for customers through education and demonstration of our in-branch technology and digital banking options.
  • Problem solve and provide effective solutions while championing our processes, procedures, and risk-adverse culture.

About the Role

Key responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, articulating financial terms in a clear manner, and asking the right questions to find solutions. You will also have the opportunity to build relationships with customers and improve their financial wellbeing.
