Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Class 2 driver to join our team at HSS Hire. As a Class 2 driver, you will be responsible for delivering and collecting equipment to our customers, ensuring that all deliveries are made safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and collect equipment to customers in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and collections using our smartphone app.
  • Perform daily and weekly vehicle checks to ensure that our vehicles are in good working order.
  • Represent HSS Hire and its values in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • A valid Category C (Class 2) driving license.
  • A valid driver qualification card and digital tachograph card.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve complex customer inquiries.
  • Knowledge of safe loading and transporting of hazardous goods.
  • Demonstrate compliance with manual handling regulations.
