Supporting Young People in Residential Care

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Childrens Services. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing direct care within a residential setting, ensuring a safe and nurturing home-like environment for young people with complex needs.

To be successful in this role, you will require the following skills and qualifications:

  • A willingness to study Top Up Units Residential Care (4 Modules) through our RTO;
  • A valid Australian full driver's licence, for the state you have applied for;
  • A valid Australian working rights;
  • The ability to complete a Child Safety and Personal Screening Check;
  • Hold (or are willing to obtain) a Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, First Aid and CPR qualifications.
