About the Role

Fuse Recruitment is seeking an experienced Process / Production Operator to join our client's team in the food and pharmaceutical manufacturing industries. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to work in a dynamic environment with a national leader in the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Blending and batching of raw materials
  • Weighing and measuring raw materials
  • Working on process, production, and canning lines
  • Verification of raw materials to ensure correct quantities have been received
  • Follow batch records and SOPs to meet production targets
  • Conduct quality control checks for in-process and finished goods
  • Monitor encapsulation equipment/machinery and report abnormalities
Requirements
  • Experience in the Pharmaceutical and / or food manufacturing industries
  • Previous experience in a process or production environment
  • Blending and batching of raw ingredients experience
  • Must adhere to strict WHS policy and procedures on site
  • Must be reliable and responsible at all times
  • Capacity to work autonomously as well as within a team
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to follow strict orders and work systematically
