About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Sports Vision team. As the Head of Sports Vision, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy for creating high-quality, engaging visual content across our Sports Networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a vision for Sports video content that aligns with our brand's goals and values
  • Lead a team of visual experts to produce high-quality content for our Sports team
  • Collaborate with the National Head of Vision and other masthead Heads of Vision to drive successful video content initiatives
  • Ensure a visual-first approach across all Sports content for a wide range of projects
  • Manage and support direct reports, including recruiting, career development, and training

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in video production and a passion for sports. You will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in video production
  • Extensive experience in a sporting/newsroom environment
  • Highly skilled in the use of editing software, especially Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • A team-first, can-do attitude
