Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled healthcare professional to join our team. The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality care to individuals with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop impactful therapy plans in diverse settings, including home environments and day centers.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and their families, understanding that every milestone is a significant achievement.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

A fire for improving patient outcomes and a willingness to challenge ideas when necessary.A minimum of 3 years' post-graduate experience and AHPRA registration.A valid driver's license and personal vehicle, as well as an NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
