About the Role

We are seeking a Casual Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning. As a Casual Educator, you will play a vital role in supporting the education program in the room and centre team, engaging and supervising children at all times, and maintaining a safe environment for children, families, and team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the education program in the room and centre team.
  • Engage and supervise children at all times, ensuring their physical and emotional safety.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, families, and team members.
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families.
  • Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures.
  • Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An ACECQA-approved early childhood qualification.
  • Flexibility to travel between other local services.
  • Availability to work between Monday and Friday, 6:30 am and 6:30 pm.
