Public Sector People is partnering with City of Parramatta to recruit a Contact Centre Team Leader. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a motivated team of 15, focused on supporting City of Parramatta's successful delivery of a key project impacting the community. The contract is 3 months with potential to extend, and the hourly pay rate is $53.73 p/h + Super. Responsibilities include actively leading, supervising, coaching, and developing Contact Centre staff to ensure all services are delivered to a high standard and to promote accountability and alignment. The successful candidate will also monitor and review the day-to-day operational aspects of omni-channels of the Contact Centre and ensure KPIs are met. Additionally, they will drive and facilitate initiatives and programs to promote a highly engaged team culture and environment. Essential qualifications include 2+ years of experience in leading/managing high-performing customer service teams and demonstrated experience in supervising diverse teams to deliver customer service plans and processes.
