Caregiver Role for Compassionate Individuals

We are seeking compassionate and caring individuals to join our team as Personal Care Assistants at St Vincent's Care Services Carina.
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with residents to support their daily routine, personal care needs, lifestyle, and choices. You will ensure they feel safe, valued, respected, and engaged in a supportive and dedicated team environment.
Located just 7 km east of the CBD at Carina, our facility is set in a homely, community-oriented, and friendly environment surrounded by landscaped gardens. We deliver outstanding levels of wellbeing and comfort for our residents and a positive uplifting work/life balance for our staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support residents with daily routines, personal care needs, and lifestyle choices
- Ensure residents feel safe, valued, respected, and engaged
- Work collaboratively with a dedicated team to deliver high-quality care
- Maintain accurate records using AutumnCare software
Requirements:
- Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or similar qualifications
- 6 months+ experience in a similar role with residential aged care experience highly regarded
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- National Police Certificate; NDIS Worker Screening Check may be required
